FULL PLANNING

Our Full Planning is designed for couples who want to feel fully supported throughout the entire journey. We guide you through each decision, manage the logistics and details, and lead the planning process with care — allowing you to enjoy the experience and trust that everything is handled beautifully. Full Planning Includes:

  • End-to-end planning support and guidance with two meetings per month

  • Design, vendor, and budget management

  • Timeline creation and logistical oversight

  • Ongoing communication and coordination

  • Seamless Day-of Coordination

  • For Luxury and Ultra Luxury events we go on a percentage model

  • (Destination weddings can also easily take place)

Our Partial Planning service is ideal for couples who have begun the planning process but want expert guidance, structure, and support moving forward. We step in to refine your vision, manage logistics, coordinate vendors, build a cohesive timeline, and ensure no detail is overlooked — giving you clarity, confidence, and peace of mind as your wedding day approaches. Partial Planning Includes:

DAY-OF COORDINATION

Our Day-of Coordination service ensures your wedding day unfolds smoothly, calmly, and exactly as planned. We step in 60 days before to manage the timeline, vendors, logistics, and details — allowing you and your loved ones to be fully present, relaxed, and focused on celebrating. Day-Of Coordination includes:

  • Timeline and logistics management

  • Vendor coordination and communication

  • On-site oversight and problem-solving

  • Detail execution and flow of the day

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

For Full Planning and Partial Planning, we recommend booking 10-18 months before your wedding date. This gives us the time and space to thoughtfully design, plan, and guide every detail without rushing the process.

For Day-Of Coordination, we’re happy to take you on as long as you book at least 2 months prior to your wedding day.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

Yes — absolutely. From mountain venues to destinations across the world, we love traveling for weddings.
Travel is available with custom pricing, so just ask and we’ll create a tailored proposal for your location.

HOW MANY MEETINGS WILL I HAVE?

  • Full Planning: Typically two formal meetings per month, plus ongoing communication as needed

  • Partial Planning: Typically one formal meeting per month, plus check-ins

  • Day-Of Coordination: We begin connecting 60–90 days before your wedding, focusing on logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure a seamless execution
